In short, no, you cannot create a co-teacher account in Dreamscape.

An alternative

To share your Dreamscape account with another teacher, we recommend creating a shared email account.

Use this account to set up your Dreamscape educator account. This will allow both educators to have access to Dreamscape and their students' reports and assignments.
