Why is My Class Empty? Why Aren't My Players Visible?

If you're expecting your existing students' accounts to be visible in your class but they aren't present, you may have another step to action on.

Your students may have created player accounts separately from your class. To have them on your dashboard, they will need to add themselves to your class.

If your players are added to your class but their data is not visible, please ensure your class is not archived. Students in archived classes will not receive membership benefits.
