Troubleshooting
1. Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Dreamscape and Dreamseeker Drift require the internet to run!
2. If you are on a mobile device such as an iPad, tablet, or phone, make sure you are playing through our downloaded app. You can find Dreamscape and Dreamseeker Drift on iOS or Google Play Store. The web versions of Dreamscape and Dreamseeker Drift on mobile devices are not supported.
3. If you are playing on a web browser version and are seeing a frozen, purple screen, try using a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox to load.
If the device you are using to load Dreamscape has low RAM (especially 4GB RAM), please close all other tabs and applications in use. The games may need to have a dedicated 4GB to run smoothly without other processes in the background.
4. Please ensure that all necessary domains are whitelisted on your network. Details can be found here.
5. The games require the following parameters to run:
Device Requirements:
CPU: 2.0 GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB
Network Requirements:
Each device should have access to download speeds between 5 and 12 Mbps (Megabytes per second) and upload speeds between 2 and 5 Mbps. These requirements will be heightened if you have multiple devices using the same network.
