Do I Need to Have My School Add Your Site to Our Whitelist to Access Shoelace?

Some schools have content filtering systems / firewalls in place, this may require your school to add Shoelace to your schools' whitelist.

A common error message that occurs is having no internet connection to play the game while the device is in fact connected to the internet. The error may look like the screenshot shown below.

The following domains should be added to access Shoelace, including Dreamscape and Dreamseeker Drift, to ensure your school is not preventing you from using the programs in your classroom.

Please speak to your school's IT / tech support team to add the following domains to the exceptions/ whitelist:

• *.shoelacelearning.com
• *.shoelace.com
• *.shoelacegaming.com
• *.playdreamscape.com
• *.playcanvas.com
