When signing in with a Single Sign On (SSO) service such as Google SSO, you may be blocked from logging in due to any existing browser extensions on your device. This feature may be included in any Password Managers installed on your browser.
For the Chrome browser, please open your extensions tab to manage your browser extensions.
Other browsers may differ in their interface but the procedure for removing the feature for preventing competing services would be similar.
Select your extension and the 'Settings' option.
In the Autofill section that will be available on the page, ensure that the 'Stop Competing sign-in popups in the browser' feature is turned off, to allow Single Sign On features to function when logging into a Shoelace platform.
