Why is it important to "Clear your cache"?

A common reason for users having difficulty while trying to play Shoelace games is that their cache is not cleared. When you clear your cache, you are emptying out your device's "junk drawer". 

How do I clear my device's cache?

The method to clear your cache depends on which browser you are using. Below are links to each  browsers specific instructions.
