Using an iPad / iPhone and Can’t Hear Any Sound on the Dreamscape App?

If you are still unable to hear sound on your app after ensuring your volume is turned up, your device may be on silent mode! Even in silent mode, you may still be able to hear sound when using apps like Netflix or YouTube.

Depending on which Apple device you're using, turning off silent mode may be a different process.

All iPhones and some older iPad models

Flip the small switch on the left side of your device upwards (it is located directly above the volume buttons).

Other tablets (no side switch) 

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen. Tap the silent mode icon (the bell) to turn the function on or off.

Android devices

Turn your volume up using the volume buttons and make sure there is not a line through the speaker image.
