This can be in regards to a Shoelace account or an educator/parent account.
For Shoelace accounts
1. Confirm you are writing your username and password correctly!
2. Confirm your username and password by asking the owner of the parent/educator connected to your Shoelace account.
3. If you are connected to your Google account, you can sign in through your Google email and password!
For Educators or Parents
1. Confirm you are writing your email and password correctly!
2. Reset your password from the sign in page with Reset Password as shown below.
