If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time.
How to unsubscribe from emails
1. Sign in to your email and find any past email from us.
2. Open the email and scroll to the bottom.
3. Select Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
4. You will receive a notification that you have successfully opted-out and you will no longer receive email communication from us.
How to delete your account
If you would like your account deleted completely, please email us at support@shoelacelearning.com. Please include the email account that is attached to your Shoelace account and let us know why you would like to have your account deleted.
