I Forgot My Password, How Do I Reset It?

If you've forgotten the password to your educator, administrator, or parent account for Shoelace, please follow the steps below.

 

Note:  If you are a player or student who has forgotten your password, please ask your
teacher for your password.  If you only play at home, please ask your parents to create
an account and add you as a player to find your password.

 

How to Reset a Shoelace Account Password

 

1.  Select reset password on the Shoelace sign in page as highlighted in the screenshot below.

2.  Enter the email associated with your Shoelace account and select Send Reset Email.

3.  Check your email inbox for a password reset. (If you can't find it, check your spam folder.)

4.  Follow the instructions from the email to reset your password.

5.  Sign in to your Shoelace dashboard with your new password!
