Subscription Ownership
Subscriptions can belong to either a school or district, depending on your purchase conditions. District admins will be able to manage rosters for every school registered to the district. School admins can only manage the roster for their school.
Classes and the students within will receive membership access through the class's teacher who has been added to the school or district subscription. When students are removed from a teacher with a membership's class, they will lose access to their membership.
You can create classes with students without attaching them to a teacher. When you add a teacher to the class, the students will occupy your membership seats and are considered active. If you are creating new students or classes without linking them to a teacher, these students will not occupy your membership seats.
Teachers can only have one active membership, whether it comes from a school or district. If a teacher has purchased an individual membership for themselves, these details are not visible to admins. Individual memberships are considered as the teacher’s own purchase.
An active subscription is required for teachers and admins to access the dashboard. If your subscription has expired, you will need to have a new membership activated. If your school or district's membership expires, students will continue to have access to the games but they will not receive membership benefits.
If you would like to add more student seats to your membership, please fill in this form. This is also available by clicking the 'Add Student Licenses' button in the top right corner.
