Adding Teachers
From the Teachers tab, you will be able to add and remove teachers from schools. Click on the green ‘Add’ button to start adding teachers.
Fill in your new teacher’s email and name. If there is an existing class for your teacher to be assigned, select it from the dropdown menu. If your teacher will need a brand new class, input a name for the new class and click on the check mark to confirm.
Then, click on the ‘Create Accounts’ button. This will only be clickable when a valid email address has been inputted.
Removing Teachers
To remove a teacher from your school, click on the dropdown box next to the teacher you are removing. Then, click on the ‘Remove’ button, found next to the Add button. A confirmation box will appear. If you are certain, click on the ‘Remove’ button to confirm.
Note that this process will remove the teacher account from your school, but will not delete this teacher’s class. Their data will no longer be visible to you and the teacher account will continue to exist. If you want to delete their account entirely, please submit an account deletion request.
