Time Movements in Dreamscape

Time moves very differently in the world of Dreamscape! Learn below how to gain rewards and resources throughout the game!

Time moves by correctly answering questions. Players can choose to upgrade buildings or train resources, see upgrades in the graphic below.  The hourglass + indicates the number of questions that need to be correctly answered in order for that resource to be upgraded.

How Dreamscape Time Works

To collect resources, upgrade buildings, and train troops, we need time. In Dreamscape, time isn't based on or recorded as seconds, hours, or days. Time flows when you answer questions! 

Time is Questions. Questions is Time.

Instead of saying "in three days", we say "in three questions" in Dreamscape.

Time will pass by when you answer a question correctly. The amount of time you need to keep improving your dwell will be shown with an hourglass and a number.

Every time you answer a question correctly, your time will progress by 1 at the base level.

Resources 

After answering at least 1 question correctly, you can harvest miraj and imaginanium. These will have icons of a golden drop for imaginanium and a berry for miraj. Click on the imaginanium well and miraj tree to get all of the resources!

Remember to come harvest your resources whenever you're on your dwell! Your wells and trees will make more imaginanium and miraj the more you answer questions and the more you level up these buildings!

Building Timers

When your Dreamweavers are busy making a building for the first time, or upgrading a building, you'll see an hourglass, yellow bar, and a number above the building. Answer the same number of questions as the number to upgrade! If you have many buildings under construction at the same time, they will all be worked on when you answer a question. It's best to upgrade as many buildings as you can at the same time, so each of your answers will help lots of buildings!

In this picture, we need to answer 2 more questions to upgrade the hatch and 64 questions for a high level imaginanium well.

Note:  If a player's resource bar is unable to gain resources after a player continues
to answer questions, this means the resource bar is at full capacity and an upgrade to
the storage building is required.

Upgrades

Players can view which buildings they have recently upgraded and at which level each building is working to be upgraded to. The number located next to the yellow hourglass indicates how many questions need to be answered to complete the upgrade. The amount of questions needed to be answered for upgrades differs with each building in Dreamscape.

Note: The higher the building level, the longer it will take to upgrade.

Dream Weavers 

Dream Weavers are responsible for building, growing, and upgrading every item in your dwell. Dream Weavers literally make your dreams come true!

Players are able to see how many Dream Weavers they have available for upgrades. If a player has not yet unlocked or bought more Dream Weavers, a silver lock will appear beside the builder icon. You can buy Dream Weavers in the Shop, but need a certain level of your Vision Core to unlock them.

Note:  The fifth dream weaver is only available for Dreamscape members.

Resources

Players can view the number of overall resources they have from their resource bar located at the top right of their dwell. 

The blue crystal at the very top is your shards, earned from challenges.

The golden drop in the second row is your imaginanium.

The blue-pink berry in the third row is your miraj.

The fourth row shows your Dreamweavers, your construction crew who make your buildings! The number on the left is how many are available to work on a new building. The number on the right is how many you have in total. Check the Shop to see if you can add more Dreamweavers!

Rewards 

For every 5 questions answered correctly, a player will receive a new reward! Players will be able to view in the question window how many questions they need to answer correctly before they will receive their reward.

Time Boosts

Everyday, players with an active membership can use the Time Boost, available under the 'Boost Time' button. When you activate this, the next 15 questions you answer will count for 2 questions. Be careful, this only counts for correct answers! Make sure to lock in when you turn on Time Boost.

Time Boosts can only be used once a day. They cost MCoins to activate, but answering lots of questions correctly will earn back more MCoins!
