Purchasing a Premium Membership
Step 1: Proceed to log into your educator account on the Dreamscape dashboard. After this, select the “Premium Plans” tab from the bottom of the left sidebar.
Step 2: From the Premium Plans page, please select either the “Upgrade Now” or “Add memberships” options as highlighted below, both of which will direct you to the payment confirmation page.
Step 3: Upon reaching the payment confirmation page, you, the user, will have the option of purchasing either the premium plan alone, or to also include separate player memberships with their order.
If you would like to include said memberships, please enter the desired quantity in the highlighted section of the below image. When ready to proceed, please select the “continue to payment” button.
Step 4: Upon selection of the “continue to payment” button, you will be redirected to the Checkout page. From there, please enter the requested payment information, selecting the subscribe button upon the form’s completion to finalize your purchase. Please note that if you are in Canada, you will be charged in Canadian dollars. If you are outside of Canada, you will be charged in USD.
At this point, the new subscriptions will be credited to your account and a confirmation email containing the recent purchase receipt will be forwarded to your email address inputted during the Checkout page.
Step 5: If you have purchased player memberships, a screen will appear with the options to select the players you would like to attach your memberships to.
Please use either the check boxes next to your students' names or the 'Assign All Memberships' button at the top to alphabetically assign all available memberships to students in your class.
If you would like to assign memberships at a later time, please close this popup by clicking the 'Not Now' or the close button at the top right.
Text underneath the 'Assign Memberships' button will show how many memberships you have not linked to any players. Clicking on the 'Assign Memberships' button will open the options to select players for linking these memberships to.
Step 6: To receive further confirmation of your recent purchase, you may navigate to the “My account” page on the right side of the site’s top navigation bar, where the “manage subscription” option will now be visible.
From here, click on 'Manage Subscription'.
Click the red Cancel Autorenewal button.
Please select your reason for cancelling, then proceed by clicking the 'Cancel' button.
Your membership's auto renewal will be cancelled. The resulting screen will show your current plan and the date it will expire.
