Experiencing issues seeing your students' data/progress in your Dreamscape dashboard?
Typically, this is because the student(s) in question are playing on a different player account than the one that shows up on your educator dashboard.
This issue can be fixed by simply getting the students to manually join the class using their class code. For guidance on joining a class, please visit this article.
Note: Class codes only need to be entered one time, whenever a student is changing classes. |
