How Do I Redeem My Shoelace Membership Code and Attach It to a Player? – Shoelace Learning

After your Shoelace membership purchase on our website, you will receive a pop-up and an email with your membership redemption code.

Codes will not be sent for purchases made directly through the parent dashboard.

Note: The steps in this article are only for Shoelace users who have bought their 
membership directly on our website and need to apply it to a player account.
Memberships purchased through the parent dashboard will not generate codes.

Redeem the code in a Shoelace game. Have your player login and enter the code in the membership menu.

Redeem the Code in Dreamscape

1. Log in to your Dreamscape player account and click on menu. If you are using a computer's web browser, please visit this link: shoelacegaming.com If you normally use an Apple device, please login through the web link from a computer as this feature is not offered on the iOS app. If you are on an Android device, please login through the official Android app.

2. Click on 'Redeem Membership Code':

Note: This feature is not available in the iOS app. For Apple device users, please redeem your
membership code through the web version of the game using a computer at shoelacegaming.com, then log back into your game in your Apple device and the membership will be available.

3. Enter the code you received after completing the purchase on our website:

We would recommend that you do this step with your child nearby. For player accounts that are receiving memberships for the first time, you'll receive the options to pick out bonus packs! Let your child pick some items that will help with their adventures through their dwell.

Redeem Code in Dreamseeker Drift

1. Login to your account in Dreamseeker Drift here.

2. From the main menu, select the information button near the bottom right.

3. On the new menu, select 'Redeem Membership Code'.

4. Input your membership code, confirm, and enjoy!

After linking the membership to your child's player account, create a parent account by signing up with us at dashboard.playdreamscape.com/register/parent to track your child's progress and manage your membership.

To manage your membership, please ensure that you use the same email address as the one that you registered the purchase with.
